Experian® QAS®, a leading provider of address verification software and services, today announced the release of QAS for Salesforce CRM. The new integration permits customers to utilize Experian QAS address verification directly within Salesforce CRM, allowing for more accurate customer communication and greater business intelligence.

QAS for Salesforce CRM allows users to interactively validate address records in real time at the point of entry to ensure that every address is correct, complete and verified by the appropriate postal authority. By guaranteeing the accuracy of address data, Salesforce CRM users can improve business processes, increase database profiling and reduce returned mail, proving a strong return on investment. Additional data sets, such as international address verification, also can be added at the point of capture.

“We are excited about our first integration involving our SaaS platform,” said Joel Curry, chief operating officer, Experian QAS. “This product will enable clients to utilize front-end address verification that improves overall customer campaigns, enhancing the value seen from their Salesforce CRM application.”

“Thousands of customers have installed applications from the Force.com AppExchange because partners like Experian QAS offer innovative tools that enhance the capabilities of Salesforce CRM,” said Kendall Collins, Chief Marketing Officer, salesforce.com.
